Treating Mental Health at scale in Africa. Mental Help Foundation provides free Mental Health treatment to low-income People in Africa.

In low-income countries, approximately 85% of people receive no Mental health treatment.

Mental Help Foundation provides free group talk therapy to low-income people in Africa.

We scale our reach through peer-to-peer therapy, public education, and partnerships.

People who complete our therapy achieve clinically significant reductions in Mental Health symptoms, restoring hope for themselves and their families.

Mental Help Foundation is one of the only organizations working to scale a model to treat Mental Health throughout Africa. Our unique community-based model of group talk therapy is simple, innovative and cost-effective.
